Controlla.co.uk aims to deliver goods of the highest quality from goods we keep in stock. From time to time we may be unable to meet our usual delivery times due to certain items being unavailable, in which case we will advise you immediately. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative, have the products sent as soon as they become available or to cancel the order.
Unless requested all prices quoted are in British pounds sterling (£) and we make every effort to ensure the prices are accurate, however changes beyond our control do occasionally occur. If this happens we will contact you before shipping your order to gain your agreement to the revised price or to amend or cancel the order.
Orders for payment by credit card are accepted at the sole discretion of thermotex.co.uk and are subject to your credit or account card being authorized for the transaction. All credit card payment transactions are conducted through PayPal’s secure server. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your order being placed. This will include your order number, our contact details, a full list of the products you have ordered and all costs.
Every effort is taken to ensure that the information contained in this web site is correct and up to date. However, controlla.co.uk disclaims all warranties and representations as to the accuracy of any information contained if at any time it becomes inadvertently out of date or incomplete. Controlla.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of this information.
Delivery
All stock orders are normally dispatched within 3 working days; 7 – 10 days for standard items not in stock and 10 – 14 for custom made items. Further delays may happen if new materials have to be sourced. Orders placed after 11am on Friday, any time on Saturday or Sunday are not packed until Monday at the earliest.
Handling and Shipping
Controlla.co.uk delivers within the UK and Internationally. Please note deliveries to the International locations, Scottish Highlands and Islands, N. Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands incur very high carriage charges.
Prices and Tax Changes
All prices are quoted in UK pounds, both excluding and with the additional prevailing VAT rate clearly shown.

Credit Card Security
Your credit/debit card details are entered on a PayPal secure payment web server. Details of the secure payment system and credited cards accepted are as detailed on the PayPal web site.

Complaints Procedure
We endeavour to respond to all complaints within three working days. Please email sales@controlla.co.uk or call us on +44 (0)1254 – 772020. If for any reason we cannot resolve your complaint immediately we will advise you on how long we expect it will take and keep you fully informed throughout the process.
Returns Policy and Cancellation
Controlla.co.uk Please ring first to discuss the problem and see if it can be resolved. Then if asked, return goods with an explanatory note specifying what the fault is with a copy of the original invoice, clearly showing date of purchase.
We do not accept cancellation prior to despatch and returned goods which are not faulty, except by prior arrangement, by telephone, in which case we will deduct the original cost of postage and packing, plus a 15% handling fee. The goods must be returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and suitable for re-sale.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
